앱의 ‘설정 → 데이터’에서 데이터를 내보내거나 삭제할 수 있어요. 매직 링크가 안 오면 스팸함을 확인해 주세요.
잠시 닫았다가 다시 열어보거나, 최신 버전인지 확인해 주세요. 그래도 안 되면 알려주세요.
기본은 비공개예요. 본인이 명시적으로 누군가와 공유할 때만 데이터가 외부로 나가요.
문제 해결
- 1Check your email for a magic-link or password-reset email (also check spam).
- 2If the link expired, request a new one from the login screen.
- 3Still stuck? Write to support@selv-a.com with the email you signed up with.
- 1Make sure you’re logged in with the same account you used to subscribe.
- 2On iOS, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and verify the status.
- 3On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
- 4If it still doesn’t appear, email support@selv-a.com with your receipt.
- 1Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
- 2Restart the app and try again.
- 3If the problem persists, email support@selv-a.com with your device model and OS version.
