Pick a path from 70+ curated flows — career, relationships, identity, everyday life — or type your own dilemma and get a guided reflection shaped around it. Sessions take under ten minutes and you can pause anytime. When you finish, choose how you want the insight framed: compassionate, analytical, or a devil’s-advocate challenge. A short onboarding calibration personalises how questions are asked, and that lens evolves as you use the app.

Anyone 17 or older carrying a decision that keeps going in circles — a career move, a relationship question, something you’ve been putting off. Selv-a gives your thinking structure so you can move.

The Free plan covers most paths, three guided reflections per month, ten self-quizzes, mood tracking, and 30 days of history — no card required. A subset of advanced paths is reserved for Plus and Pro. Plus is €7.99/month or €69.99/year (saves up to 27%) and lifts guided reflections to ten per month, extends history to a year, and adds the analytical dashboard, the full Weekly Compass, and one Streak Shield per month. Pro is €14.99/month or €119.99/year (saves up to 33%), removes the limits, adds beta access, and three Streak Shields.

Cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — access stays until the end of the billing cycle. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; email support@selv-a.com if you need help. For EU purchases: unlocking paid features at checkout waives the 14-day right of withdrawal — the Withdrawal Waiver you accepted at purchase explains how that works.

Magic link (email, passwordless), Apple, Google, or email + password. You can turn on two-factor authentication in Profile → Settings → Security. Your account syncs across iOS and Android.

We keep it to what the product needs: your email, anything you write into flows, moods, or journals, the personality traits from onboarding, and the device identifiers required to send notifications. We don’t collect your phone number, home address, or payment details. Selv-a doesn’t sell data, show ads, or use dark patterns.

Supabase hosts the database in the EU. OpenAI and Anthropic generate AI responses (30-day retention, no training on your data). Postmark sends email, Expo handles push notifications, Sentry captures crash reports, Apple and Google process billing, and Vercel, Render, and Cloudflare deliver the app and website. Each provider’s role, location, and safeguards are listed in the Privacy Policy.

Yes. Request an export from Profile → Settings → Export: you’ll get a signed JSON download link by email, valid for 48 hours, covering your profile, flows, moods, and journal entries. Account deletion lives next to it in Profile → Settings → Privacy — access ends immediately, identifiable data is purged within 30 days, and encrypted backups roll off within 90 days. Export first if you want a copy.

AI writes the questions and shapes how insights are framed. It never makes the choice for you. Each request sends the minimum needed to answer it — your flow answers (truncated), the flow’s metadata, and your mood and personality context — and nothing else. Avoid putting sensitive personal information into free-text fields. Selv-a isn’t designed for medical, legal, financial, or employment decisions; please consult a qualified professional for those.

No. Selv-a is a reflection tool; it doesn’t diagnose, treat, or replace clinical care. If you’re in crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.
